[WSIS CS-Plenary] PrepCom 1 in April?

Hi,

I asked my govn. people about this mentioning of April in the EU Com,
and they confim that there is no decisions regarding dates yet. However,
it sounded like the meetings would most likely be held in Geneva.

Hi all,

the EU has just released a communication (COM(2004) 111 final, 17 Feb)
on the WSIS outcomes (more or less boring stuff we all know better). 

But they mention a first PrepCom in _April_. This is new to me, and
neither the ITU website nor the Tunisia WSIS website say anything about
it.

Does anyone have more information on this? Or are they just mistaken?

I would of course also like to add this to our WSIS global events
calendar.
