Thanks Ralf for your reply !
I would like the SC able to to keep all her
componients well informed and able to participate to
all phases of the process.
I am sorry but when i plaid for French translation it
is not for my own need but for the need of millions pf
africans who have not the means of German or italian
or spanish to access to translation of messages.
This problem is an important problem and if you think
diffently that is your point of view, i repect, but i
cannot share.
Let's try to find together how to inform South SC
except if you decide that this part of the SC is well
represented by the North part.

Il y en a qui confonde la SC des pays comme
l'allemagne, l'iralie ou l'espagne et celle des pays
africain francophone ou luzophone ou arabe...
J'aimerai bien que certains explique que les enjeux
sont totalement différents et que nous allons
fatalement vers une situation de conflit ou de
démobilisation au sein même de la SC. Pourtant qu'est
ce que cela couterait à la SC française ou allemande
ou européenne de faire ce moindre effort d'aider la SC
du Sud à avoir accès à l'information dans la langue
qu'elle maitrise ?
