A way forward for the CS structure - a suggestion - [WSIS CS-Plenary] (absence of) suggestion for Tunis meeting

Dear Civil Society Members:
 
I suggest that we: 
 
1 ) Identify the issues that we think will be important to Civil Society in Phase 2
 
2) Carry out a SWOT ( strenghs, weaknesses, opportunities, threats ) analysis of our current Civil Society co-ordination structure using a universally available collaboration tool.
 
3 ) We can then conclude as to:
 
                                      a) Leaving the CS structure as it is for the future    
                                          (save us some time so that we can address some 
                                           real issues)
 
                                      b) Changing the structure to a certain extent to reflect 
                                          new  priorites ( increase language translation 
                                          capabilites )
 
                                      c) Throwing the old structure out completely and 
                                           bring  in the new ! ( a lot of work !) 
 
I would be pleased to co-ordinate this analysis with others.

Dear All,
Wolfgong is already in the content. It's easy to
declare that we have not to reinvent the wheel... We
are only on how to proceed so we avoid difficulties
lived by many of us, especially those comming from
africa during the Geneva Summit....
Putting such a question i don't feel reinventing the
weel but asking how to identify the best wheel we need
and how to use it better for al, in the North but also
in the South, in English, but also in other languages.

Wolfgong est déjà au niveau du contenu et nous
recommande de nous pas perdre de notre temps à
réinventer la roue !
On peut ne pas être satisfait sur ce qui s'est fait et
poser des questions et apporter des éléments de
réponse sur de quelle roue s'agit-il, comment la
définir ensemble et l'utliliser ensemble que nous
soyons du Nord ou du sud, d'Afrique ou des pays
arabes, parlant ou non l'anglais et si nous répondant
à ces préoccupations peut-être éviterions nous d'être
méprisés à Tunis comme nous l'avons été à genève !
