I setup a WIKI for the WSIS, and announced it sometime ago on this list

Have a look, I tried to provide some explanations concerning
the whys and hows of a WIKI
It is possible to include an automatic translation in this WIKI.
Many people are currently using WIKIs, it is a nice collaborative
tool.

explications concernant les pourquois et comments d'un WIKI
Il est possible d'inclure des outils de traduction automatique dans ce
WIKI.
Beaucoup de personnes actuellement utilisent des WIKI, c'est un outil
collaboratif efficace.
Je pense que les WIKIs peuvent =C3=AAtre particuli=C3=A8rement pr=C3=A9cieu=
x entre ceux
qui ne peuvent se rencontrer physiquement.
