Dear Djilali,
Thank you for your interest in the Health and ICT Working Group. We would
be most happy to have you join, however, as we are just starting up, we do
not as of yet have someone who is fluent in French and would be able to
translate. I would suggest if it is not too laborious for you to
communicate in English, to join and, hopefully, in the near future we will
have members who are bilingual in French/English to help translate any
documents and written material from those who are not fluent in English. I
had no difficulty understanding your post. Therefore this is something for
you to perhaps consider.

be ready with relevant proposals for the Tinis'
Summit.
If your discussion Group Working Group or Caucus will
accpet contribution in French, i shall be very happy
to participate in regard with Health and
public/private approach. I am member of an Association
Biens Publics à l'Echelle Mondiale (World Public
Common Goods)which application to the Health sector
(science, training, medecines, druggs, access to
health structures etc...)
