[WSIS CS-Plenary] WSIS Briefing yesterday in New York

Dear colleagues,

Apparently DPI in New York is organizing an NGO briefing on Feb 12 on 
the WSIS as well.  I believe its at 10am in the Dag Hammerskjald 
auditorium.
