[WSIS CS-Plenary] Priority for WSIS Civil Soiciety

Dear All --

I would like to make a serious plea that "Richard J." and all others on the
list please sign their full names. There are constantly messages on the
list with nothing but initials or first names. One cannot possibly keep in
mind everyone involved in civil society in that way. In the interests of
full disclosure, all those using the list should be required to sign their
full names so that one knows where things are coming from.

Thanks in advance on this seemingly minor point that nonetheless
significantly diminishes the usefulness of the list to those of us without
an encyclopedic memory of everyone who has ever taken part in civil society
discussions.
