[WSIS CS-Plenary] exploring the possibility of a telecenter working group/multi-stakeholder caucus

Dear Colleagues,

Just a quick note to support Michael's recent post on the telecenter 
working group discussion.  I would encourage Andy and others working on 
this initiative to try to create as much synergy as possible with these 
existing initiatives.  I was particularly interested in seeing this 
initiative coordinate with the CIRN initiatives that Michael mentioned.  I 
would certainly be willing to be involved in and lend support to this 
initiative.

Michael's sur la discussion de groupe de travail de telecenter. 
J'encouragerais Andy et d'autres travaillant sur cette initiative pour 
essayer de créer autant synergie comme possible avec ces initiatives

Michael's en la discusión del grupo de funcionamiento del telecenter. 
Animaría Andy y otros que trabajan en esta iniciativa para intentar crear 
tanta sinergia como sea posible con estas iniciativas existentes. Estaba 
particularmente interesado en ver este coordenada de la iniciativa con las 
iniciativas de CIRN que Michael mencionó. Estaría dispuesto a estar
