hint: Technology which helps the Chinese authorities censor the 
Internet, might also be useful to other countries...which, perhaps - 
could mean that the technology which will be "showcased" at the 
summit will in fact be used as a censorship and surveillance 
infrastructure for the summit attendees as well as the Tunisians (who 
no doubt will keep the technology)
