Robert, thank you very much  for the info.  But i was thinking about
something else, not exactly that point, but also to include USA
infraestructure and communication equipment providers on this. 

If we are going to talk about China (that is a very good point for sure,
and i agree that all the information you sended, and also with the
information that enrique sended is crucial)  I would like to bring to
the discution USA's policy and their capacity on survilliance.


if we speak about human rights, well, let's take a look on Guantanamo,
Irak, Afganistan.
let's pay atention to Patriots Act and others. 

I trust in USA's equipments as much as chinese ones.

cuestiones, no exactamente ese punto, ya que sería bueno incluir a los
proveedores de equipamiento norteamericanos en esto también.
Si vamos a hablar de china (y es un buen punto por cierto, coincido en
que la información que enviaste y la que envió Enrique son cruciales),
desearía traer a la discusión la política de vigilancia global de los
EEUU también y su capacidad de vigilancia.

Si hablamos de Derechos humanos, bien, peguemos una mirada tambien a
Guantánamo, Irak, Afganistan. a la ley patriótica y a otras.

Confio en los equipamientos norteamericanos tanto como en los chinos.
