[WSIS CS-Plenary] next UN ICT Task Force Meeting in Berlin: 19./20 November

The Task Force will also have a global open forum again, this time
around financing/enabling environment.  
There is some discussion offlist at the moment (as one outcome ofthe
recent public voice conference call) to have a global WSIS civil society
meeting around this event. What do people think about it?
