Hello !
As if it is not so complicated to act as civile
society : a part speaking only english, a part having
decided that english is the only manner to discuss,
other supporting a relative good situation of CS of
the North and others thinking that CS of the South has
just the right to be partly informed and to say every
time YES SIR !we are now before a new contradiction
the CS within the Governmental delegation, the SC
within the private sector and the SC within nowhere !
The transparency in our preparation was so weak and
now they are really confused !
Deux mots pour relever l'extrême gravite de la
situation de la SC qu'on se complait a rendre de plus
en plus compliquee, de plus en plus opaque.
Une partie de la SC sera au sein des délégations
gouvernementales ou officielles, une autre au sein des
délégations des opérateurs privés uen autre au sein de
rien du tout.... Quel gachi !
Mais où allons nous ?
