[WSIS CS-Plenary] FOSS in Latin America - Preliminary Research

I'm trying to compile a list of projects, organizations and people 
who are working on Free and Open Source (FOSS) projects in the Latin 
America and Caribbean (LAC) region for a research project that I am 
involved in.

If you have time, i'd very much appreciate you completing the short 
form below and sending it back to me.

The results of this informal survey will be added to the results of 
the consultation which was done with a small number of Latin American 
NGOs at the 5th International Forum of Software Libre this past June 
in Porto Alegre Brazil .
