(Tunisia) 06/26/2004 – Recurrent and angry debates
evidenced the pressure by Tunisian NGOs to prevent the
Tunisian League of Defense of Human Rights from
presenting its denunciations and concern for the need
for the existence of guarantees for the freedom of
expression. The Civil Society Caucus insisted on
pointing out the universality and indivisibility of
human rights in its second and last intervention in
Tunisia.

hicieron notar la presión de ONGs tunecinas para

por la necesidad de vigencia de un estado de garantías
para la libertad de expresión. El Caucus de la
Sociedad Civil insistió en señalar la universalidad e
indivisibilidad de los derechos humanos en su segunda

Utsumi, señaló la implementación del Plan de Acción
adoptado en Ginebra, trasladando su carácter de papel
a un plan concreto dirigido a la acción que confirme
acciones eficaces y proactivas.
