[WSIS CS-Plenary] Virtual Participation - Establishmentof working group?

Dear "Virtual Participation Working Group" volunteers,

I really apprechiate the momentum gathering now to use more innovative /
productive / transparent / easy to use online collaboration tools for CS
work in the second phase of WSIS. This improved coordination will be
much needed, as the second WSIS phase will be a lot more complex in many
regards.

But: 

Could you please continue this discussion in the working group Robert
has thankfully volunteered to coordinate? 
For the moment, there is the wiki, and I am sure Karen will be happy to
set up a new list called "groupware at wsis-cs.org" or something along
these lines. And this working group could be a nice test bed for all the
solutions it will come up with - they should first of all work for
everybody in this group. ;-)

The plenary list is not the right place to discuss this in depth. It is
already full of mails that - to my understanding - do not belong here
and make it very hard to use for much needed strategic discussions and
coordination.
