Hello all,

While everyone is deliberating on formats for virtual participation, I 
thought it might be useful for folks to know that for some time there 
has existed a dedicated IRC space for WSIS chat meetings at Indymedia. 
It is here:

irc.indymedia.org
channel #wsis

If you don't already have software that lets you connect to IRC, you can 
access this chatroom through any browser that supports java (most do):

* Go to http://irc.indymedia.org
* Type your name in the 'nickname' box
* Type "wsis" in the 'channel' box
* click 'connect now!'

This chatroom is always available and open to all.

Mientras que todo el mundo debate sobre formas de participación virtual, 
yo quisiera compartir con ustedes que hace tiempo ya existe un espacio 
de 'chat' IRC permanente dedicado al CMSI en el servidor Indymedia:

irc.indymedia.org
canal #wsis

Si no se tiene software IRC, se puede conectar a traves de cualquier 
browser (traduccíon?) que tiene java (la mayoria lo tiene).

* ir al http://irc.indymedia.org
* apunta su nombre en la caja 'nickname'
* apunta "wsis" en la caja 'channel'
* cliquea/presiona 'connect now!'

Este espacio de chat esta siempre disponible y abierto a tod at s.
