Dear Bill

I actually did appreciate your american humor (as you know we didn't have
any opportunity to appreciate it since some months for a couple of bad
reasons).
Thanks for this moment of good laugh.
However, I'll take the opportunity of the next  PrepCom or similar meeting
to demonstrate that our "culinar" production now is really up to rival with
"yours". Ready for a french dinner, Bill ?
Sorry for our other CS friends and apology for this rather private and "at
the WSIS margin" exchange.
