[WSIS CS-Plenary] INVITATION to the GJC 2004

Dear members of  the  WSIS plenary community,
 

On November 18th, 2004, the Global Junior Challenge of the City of Rome 
has the privilege of hosting at Palazzo dei Congressi some of the 
leading experiences of educational innovation using free software/open 
source based Information and Communication Technologies. The list of 
international and Italian speakers will cover a rich range of issues, 
from educational policies to concrete award-winning innovative 
experiences. In a period of incredible growth and diffusion of the FLOSS 
movement, the events promises to be most illuminating regarding trends, 
opportunities and challenges of FLOSS for the digital inclusion and the 
bridge of digital divide.
