The nominations posted by Milton, AFAIK, are _exclusively_ the position
of the Non Commercial Users Constituency of ICANN's  Global Names Support
Organization, i.e., the opinion of a group withing an entity within
ICANN, a California corporation that performs certain Internet related
tasks by contract with the U.S. Dept. of Commerce.
I see no reason for such nomination having a special significance for
this CS Plenary.

Las nominaciones informadas por Milton son, hasta donde sé, la
exclusiva posición de la Non Commercial Users Constituency de la
Global Names Support Organization de ICANN, es decir, la opinion de
un grupo dentro de una entidad dentro de ICANN, una coporacion
registrada en el Estado de Californa que realiza ciertas tareas
relacionadas con la Internet por contrato con el Departamento de
Comercio de los Estados Unidos.
No veo razon para que dicha nominacion tenga un significado especial
para este plenario de la SC.
