My suggestions are not names of people from the South. My suggestion is 
that we stop arguing between ourselves on [stupid] processing, and define: 
do we want the CS to work with equality in our minds or when we talk about 
South:North is one thing, but otherwise - yes, we are generally for equality.

I am not going to propose names, as they should be coming from the 
caucuses. I haven't seen anything on the Europe/N.America caucus. And, 
please, don't think I have a solution for every problem. I am looking for 
solutions, too.
