[WSIS CS-Plenary] FW: possible virus on List

Clarification to my prior email, as I did receive Robert's post back from
the list.

 However, I received the one below from the list with a zip file attachment.
As I never open zip files as often they are viruses, thought I would post to
alert others to the possibility.  Perhaps Andy Carvin can reply as to
whether he sent this message with the zip file attachment to the plenary
list.
