Dear Tracey 
I understand your concern, near one year that we are
discussing this un-usefull issue and i am cluttering
malboxes... but we are in the good way to find a good
and concerted solution... if we win it will be a first
and great victory for next steps... we are building a
world civile society dealing with with its poor and
missing componient. Your responsability is greater
than mine and if you think that we are losing our
time, i stop it, especially when we can note that this
item is not interesting many persons !

determinant dans ce processus. Il me semble que nous
sommes sur la bonne voie pour trouver une solution qui
constituera un excellent précédent pour d'autres
victoires de la société civile... mais si elle pense
que c'est une perte de temps et d'énergie je m'arrête,
d'autant que cela ne semble pas émouvoir des masses.
