[WSIS CS-Plenary] REMINDER: deadline for registering parallel events for WSIS 30 April

Dear Colleagues,

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the host country, 
Tunisia, have agreed to provide premises to hold a number of parallel 
events alongside the World Summit on the Information Society in 
November in Tunis. These  parallel events include meetings, panels, 
discussions, workshops, and exhibitions relevant to the Summit themes. 
Parallel events can be organized by all governments and accredited 
entities, including NGOs, between 14 and 19 November 2005. The  
deadline for submissions of requests for the  organization of events is 
30 April 2005.  More information and the relevant forms can be found

L'Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT) et le pays hôte, la 
Tunisie, ont convenu de mettre des locaux à disposition en vue de la 
tenue d'événements parallèles qui auront lieu en même temps et au même 
endroit que le Sommet et qui  comprendront des  réunions, panels, 
débats et ateliers, ainsi qu'une exposition et d'autres manifestations 
de portée mondiale liées au thème du Sommet. Ces événements parallèles, 
qui  se dérouleront au  Parc des Expositions du Kram,  peuvent être 
organisés par tous les gouvernements et entités accréditées au SMSI  du 
14 au 19 novembre  2005. Les demandes seront prises en considération, 
sous réserve de la disponibilité des locaux.  Le dernier délai pour la 
présentation des demandes concernant l'organisation  d'événements 
parallèles, qui devront être soumises à l'aide du formulaire  fourni 
ci-dessous, est fixé au  30 avril 2005:
