The WACC Coordinated petition which calls on Shin Corp to drop criminal charges against Miss Supinya Klangnarong is to be delivered in Bangkok at the head office of the Shin Corporation on Monday 15th August.

The US delegation in its statement yesterday said that while they were willing to engage in the Development Agenda discussion, it disagreed with the proposals by the Friends of the Development because of the premise on which it is based that is WIPO has not addressed development.

EDRI launches petition against data retention
European Digital Rights, together with the Dutch ISPs XS4ALL and Bit, launched an international petition today against mandatory data retention.
