[WSIS CS-Plenary] drastic changes to the proposed WSIS implementation mechanisms in the new text

Robert -- E/2005/61 is the -- hate to say "latest version" of the Integrated followup etc. etc. document. On the UN web site under Main Bodies -- click on ECOSOC, then enter the document number and click again. That is how to obtain the document that has already passed in ECOSOC.
