I fully agree that while ethics and values are cross- cutting issues are
part of the concept of human rights that should be underscored. human rights
and gender equality are the over-arching concepts to reach an equitable and
ethical information society. One cannot go wrong if one respects human
dignity and rights and that the information society should be an even-level
playing field.
