[WSIS CS-Plenary] can we move on

Dear fellow Plenary list-members,

Would appreciate if we could not use this list to call people names or make
any personal accusations. Not being American (I am a Singaporean)and not
even being Republican or necessarily liking their politics, I still don’t
believe anyone deserves to be talked about like this. Likewise, did not
appreciate the attacks on Betrand using this plenary list. Very distasteful
and unproductive, especially seeing are usually trying to do the best job
they feel they can.

I would truly appreciate some level of Netiquette on this list, as it then
keeps it a useful list to share useful info, and have productive
discussions. Also gives people a safe environment to share thoughts and not
be personally attacked.

Bill- totally understood you meant it as a holiday amusement as you called
it and anyway, as you suggested Bill- let's move on.

Best,
Laina

Maybe not in the case of Dubya, which looks like Dubious... :) But still,
may be a compliment for W...
