[WSIS CS-Plenary] can we move on

Frankly, Laina, this moralistic burst is totally unnecessary and out of 
sync -- all the more so considering the specific persons involved (if we 
can call them that) like Condi and W. The list is not out of control, 
and we are not robots talking only about a strict list of themes. It is 
nice to aerate the list a bit once in a while with this exchange -- this 
is also democracy, mind you.
