[WSIS CS-Plenary] Civil Society IPTV channel on WTO

Dear Civil Society friends,

During the  WSIS in Tunisia, we presented with UBUNTU a project on an 
eventual Civil Society Internet TV channel. Now in Hong Kong we are 
doing a new small step.

During the WSIS process  Civil Society community emerged as a new actor.
This is our small contribution to the  effort of making more visible the 
Civil Society.
