  Nous sommes des êtres humains avec des défauts et de qualité.
  Il nous faut mettre fin à l'africanerie et apprendre à se tolérer , à travailler ensemble.
  Notre diversité fait de nous une richesse inconmmensurable dans le concert de la numérique.
  Travaille Nnenna et fais sourde oreille à tout ce qui n'est pas positif 
Nous avons l'Agenda et l'Engagement de Tunis aussi bien le Plan d'Action de Genève.Nous avons un defi à relever.
  Mets toi au travail et ne te laisse pas distraire.

  Peters, I appreciate your reflections.  The personal issues, (eba,oil and pepper) I will answer in a seperate and personal mail.  
   
   
  After the first phase of the WSIS in Geneva, we did an evaluation.  I will repost the questions in a second mail to the Africa list.
   
  I do agree that capacity building is capital.  I also think that a huge chunk of it can actually be done online.  These days, ICT has offered numerous benefits that can help us save on travels and gartherings.
