[WSIS CS-Plenary] Internet governance meetings once again

Hi, everyone,

apparently it is not possible to hold meetings in the evening at the 
Palais des Nations. For this reason, the time of the meeting with CS 
members of WGIG hosted by the Internet Governance caucus had to be 
changed. The day is still the same (Tuesday, 15.02.05), time is now 
13:00 - 15:00 at room XXII. Translation in English, French and Spanish 
will be provided.

The date for a second meeting with the CS members of WGIG is now fixed. 
It will take place on Wednesday, 23.02.05, 11:00 - 13:00, room XXII. 
Translation in English, French and Spanish.

The date for a first Internet Governance caucus remains as announced 
before: Wednesday, 16.02.05, 13:00 - 15:00, room XXIII. No translation.
