In French bellow
Dear all,
Congratulations, As long as i can understand throught
these exchanges concerning the Global Alliance, we are
organizing the future, and for thre first time the
Civile Society is present and active.... But who is
doing this ? a dozen of English speaking people, most
of them from the North !
Can one day resolve this little problem of translation
of messages to enlarge the debate ! and i am not
refering to millions of persons who have not access to
internet but who are the central point of our debates.
Thanks let's take care of these people in our
discussions and proposals.
All the best
Djilali
