[WSIS CS-Plenary] Time slots for CS at PrepCom

Dear colleagues incharge with the organization,
In French Bellow,
Congratulations fpr those who do such an effort to
organize the SC participation.
Drawing lesson from the Geneva Summit experience in
2003, it will be helpfull if the tranlation will be
possible and if we do have at our disposal rooms to
meet, i remenber in Gebeva the poor CS meeting in open
hall without any translation... If the situation will
be the same it will be better to delete such meeting
and stop our participation.

Félicitation et considération pour celles et ceux qui
déploient tant d'effort.
Mais tirant enseignement du passé, il faut absolument
s'assurer à l'avance des possibilités de traduction et
surtout des disponibilité des salles pour éviter ce
que nous avons vécu au sommet de Genève de 2003 quand
la socité civile programmait et déprogrammait ses
réunions   et les tenait sans traductions, parfois
dans des coridors et des espaces ouverts.
