[WSIS CS-Plenary] connectivity at PrepCom

Hi all,

just to let those not in Geneva know:

The connectivity in room XXII (CS meetings) is working fine, but in the 
WGIG consultation room where they have another wifi network running, there 
seems to be a paranoid firewall. You can not use secure POP (via SSL), and 
you can not use SMTP at all. That means you can not send mails from the 
meeting. Instant messanging is also blocked (only AOL IM is working, I 
heard). So don't be surprised when people are not responding to emails 
quickly.

Pretty ironic when you sit there and listen to speeches about the "free 
flow of information".
