[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS speakers for plenary tomorrow (friday 18 Feb)

Dear Colleagues,

[Please pass this along to colleagues who are in Geneva for the Prepcom 
II]

This evening the human rights event prior to Content and Themes meeting 
was very popular and ran over time.  In addition, there was a reception 
with free food and drink in the hallway at the same time as Content and 
Themes.  Thus C&T was greatly underattended, for obvious reasons.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances, Content and Themes took the 
decision to allow representatives of organizations as well as caucuses 
and working groups to address the official plenary tomorrow if they 
were willing and available.  After much discussion, C&T selected 
representatives of the following bodies to speak in the official WSIS 
plenary tomorrow morning :

	Community Media Working Group
	CRIS Campaign
	Gender Caucus

The Group of Financial Mechanisms notes that they hope to have a 
statement prepared for a later date.
