[WSIS CS-Plenary] WIPO denies ad hoc NGO observor status for April Development Agenda meeting

hi

on the WIPO and CS situation - jamie, did you hear back from WIPO 
yesterday? If CS is going to issue a statement, it would be very good to do 
it before the prepcom ends - this friday.
