Proposal for a caucus creation
Digital Arts caucus on WSIS

Some artist creation must be showing, performing, installing. Digital arts
induce some difficulties. One of this is patents, copyright and protection. One
other area concerns the analytically criticizing media and development of new
art forms.

This caucus targets altogether researchers, students and artists involved in
this field,  companies specialized in this technological area, and everyone
interested in attending these performances,  shows and others news forms of
arts founded in digital technologies or using network.

Artist can come from music, plastic creation, design,
