[WSIS CS-Plenary] determining which part of Prepcom 2 to attend

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to make my travel plans the upcoming Geneva Prepcom, and I 
was wondering if I could ask the group for some advice. The prepcom is 
schedule for Feb 17-25, but I may only be able to stay for four or five 
nights. In terms of contributing to CS activities (meetings, drafting 
sessions, etc) does anyone have a sense if it would be better for me to 
attend the first half of the meeting, the second half, or the middle? 
Has an agenda been published yet?
