A reasonable place to begin a dialogue with the
technical staff is to point them to the W3C
guidelines on accessibility
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/>. Andy, Carlos and
others mentioned.
UN surely has standards for web design? If it
doesn't, or they aren't being followed, then
that's something to work on. And hopefully the
PWD caucus will have something to say.
