Hi Nnenna!
I full agree with you. One observation GRULAG = GRULAC is not WSIS 
terms, is a UN and multlateral process term. It is more complicated 
because even people envolved in the WSIS process don't know very well 
UN processes and its terms and language. It is a big challenge.
