In order to accommodate your meeting requirements accordingly during
PrepCom2 and to circulate a provisional programme, we need the following
information:

 

-          Title of the meeting

-          Date 

-          Timing / Duration

-          Number of persons attending

-          Interpretation needed (English/French(Spanish)

-          Technical services required (over-head projector, flipcharts,
etc)
