[WSIS CS-Plenary] Report of the African Civil Society Forum ; Abuja, Nigeria, July 1-4

Dear Nnenna
Many interesting topics in this report of the Abuja Meeting, but what is missing is the list of CS, really NON gouvernmental, organizations that were participating. . 
When we look at the list of participants we see a lot of journalists, ICT professionels and academists but no trace of an African "grass-root" organizations !
This makes me wonder about the representativeness of the "CS" present in such meetings.
Am I wrong ?
