[WSIS CS-Plenary] How can we"CS" reduce difficulties to register for the WSIS ?

Dear Robert, As a recognized leader of this list with
Karen, Achour and other colleagues and friends it is
normal to draw your attention on difficulties we meet
to register.
For me, since many months, i am trying to solve
registration problems without any succès.... Thanks to
CSDPTT and to CONGO i participated to Geneva Summit
and PRECOM II for Tunis.... I am not ready to suffer
more in the future and if nobody can help me, i have
not choice except to remove myself from oncomming
PRECOM III and Tunis Summit.
Please take note for the future as leader of Civile
society in the WSIS preparation.

Il semble y avoir deux poids deux mesures pour les
enregistrements aux rencontres preparatoires et au
sommet de Tunis et il est normal d'alerter tout le
monde pour chacun prenenne note des
dysfonctionnement....
Pour ma part j'ai abuser de la gentillesse de CSDPTT
puis de CONGO pour m'infiltrer dans le sommet de
geneve et dans le precom II en preparation de Tunis...
Je ne crois pas devoir faire le même effort pour le
precom III ni pour le sommet...
Que les leaders de la société civile se penchent sur
le problème sino he bien RIEN au lieu d'être X
milliers de participants il y aura X-1 et cela ne
gènera personne.
