Vittorio, et al,
My interpretation of this text is that it more fully integrates the WSIS follow-up process into the broader UN follow-up to all the other UN conferences, i.e. the Vienna Conference on Human Rights, the Beijing Women's Conference, Copenhagen Social Development conference, and Durban Conference on Racism. In addition, this language links the WSIS follow-up to the Millennium Summit and Millennium Development Goals follow-up and implementation.

Sorry for being overly ignorant in terms of UN-speak... could you please
explain to me what this sentence would mean in practice:
> 33. Review and policy debate should be organized in the framework of
> the follow-up to the outcomes of the major UN conferences and summits
> in the Economic and Social fields, as provided for in UNGA Resolution
> 57/270. It should be an integral part of the review process of the
> implementation of the Millennium Declaration.
