The permanent change that lives the human sort directly is related 
to the development of a society of the information.  It is said 
until the society, "information is to be able", and new forms of 
life, economic activities, services and businesses related to the 
information are promoted.  All the sectors of the contemporary life, 
finances, leisure, health...  education, the information and this 
one are related to - by assumption it uses the communications to
