Dear all,

 

The WSIS Executive Secretariat has asked us to provide a list of Civil Society Side events. It will help them and us to double check if all requests made under the deadlines have been received and processed. Given the scarcity of space it might also help to coordinate some similar events. 

It would also be good to know whether CS has asked for space in the exhibition area. I therefore ask all Caucuses/WGs or individual entities who have sent in requests to please respond to the following:

Chers tous, 

 

Le Secrétariat Exécutif du SMSI nous a demandé de lui fournir une liste des évènements parallèles de la Société Civile. Ceci permettra à nous-même et à eux de vérifier une seconde fois si toutes les demandes effectuées avant la date limite ont bien été reçues et traitées. Du fait de la rareté de l’espace disponible, ceci permettra également de tenter de coordonner des évènements similaires. 

 

Il serait également intéressant de savoir si la Société Civile a demandé un espace dans l’aire d’exposition. Ainsi, je demande à l’ensemble des Caucus, Groupes de Travail ou entités individuelles qui ont envoyé des demandes de bien vouloir répondre à ce qui suit :

Estimados colegas,

 

La Secretaría Ejecutiva de la CMSI nos ha pedido que le enviemos una lista de los eventos paralelos de la Sociedad Civil. Esta nos permitirá a nosotros  y a ellos de verificar por segunda vez si todas las solicitudes efectuadas antes de la fecha limite fueron bien recibidas y procesadas. Debido al escaso espacio disponible, esto nos permitirá igualmente de intentar coordinar los eventos similares.

Sera igualmente interesante el saber si la Sociedad Civil ha hecho la solicitud de un espacio en el area de exhibicion. Asi, pido a todos los Caucus, Grupos de Trabajo o entidaddes individuales que han enviado una solicitud de responder a lo siguiente :
