Dear African CS members
Congratulations on your ambitious, interesting and rather complete programme and my best wishes for a good job and concrete outcomes. 
I'd just raise the question of the main ICT network nodes (Main IXPs and international communications gateway centres) and the relevant regional, subregional and national ICT infrastructure, which doesn't appear clearly in the programme. Moreover, the link(s) between WSIS objectives (see the Geneva Action Plan and the forthcoming Tunis document on operational issues) and the MDGs should be clearly identified and ascertained in the Working Group 5 before tackling the drafted programme. One common issue betwenn WSIS objectives and MDGs is obviously access to suitable  energy sources (mainly Renewable Energy Sources).

Félicitations pour votre programme ambitieux, intéressant et plutôt complet, et mes meilleurs souhaits pour un bon travail et des résultats concrets.
J'aimerais simplement soulever la question des noeuds de réseau principaux (grands IXPs et centres de transit des communications internationales) et les infrastructures TIC régional, sous-régionaux et nationaux correspondants qui n'apparaissent pas clairement dans le programme. D'autre part, les relations entre les objectifs du SMSI (voir le Plan d'Action de Genève et le document de Tunis à venir sur les aspects opérationnels) et les OMD devraient être clairement identifiés et établis dans l'Atelier 5 avant d'entamer son programme prévu. Un problème commun entre les objectifs du SMSI et les ODM est à l'évidence l'accès aux sources d'énergie adaptées (essentiellement les sources d'énergie renouvelable).
