[WSIS CS-Plenary] Charles Geiger's Keynote Address last week at WTO Symposium

The head of the WSIS Executive Secretariat Charles
Geiger gave an interesting WSIS speech at the WTO last
year. As the WTO failed to put it on their Website, I
