Hi, I agree with Robert's question: WHO is the Global Civil Society Forum? I just came from UNEP's Governing Council meeting preceded by a Global Civil Society Forum, but I think that this terminology does NOT include EVERY organization interested in the question of the Digital Solidarity Fund.
