[WSIS CS-Plenary] Big concerns

Dear Lisa
Once again, I can't but share your opinion end your abevation of what is happening inside "our CS". Global Alliance, CS-Private sector common statements (before joint venture probably), and DSF are some of the most critical issues we are facing. 
A d hope that our "activists" will accept a "cease-fire" befor we meet again to discuss really anf thoroughly all these issues
